Strawberry Smoothie (MAD)

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (reconstituted)
 g Fruit, fresh: Strawberries, raw, edible portion
 g Sugarless, Sugar Substitutes: Sugarless Liquid

Directions:

  1. Place KetoCal, strawberries and sweetener into a blender 
  2. Blend for approx. 1 min (or until mixture is smooth)


Chef's Tips

  • Sieve blended smoothie to remove any seeds. 
  • For a sweeter tasting smoothie, use KetoCal 4:1 Vanilla flavour. 
  • Be careful using canned strawberries, as this may contain syrup and therefore more carbohydrate.
