Milkshake (MAD)

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (reconstituted)
 g Milk, fresh: Cow, Whole, full-fat (3.6% fat)

Directions:

  1. Place KetoCal, milk and some ice cubes in a blender
  2. Blend for approx 1 min (or until combined)
Chef's tips
  1. For a sweeter tasting milkshake, use KetoCal 4:1 powder vanilla flavour, or sugar free syrups such as Da Vinci (available online)
