Lentil Curry (MAD)

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Oils: Rice Bran
 g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw
 g Spinach, fresh, raw
 g Onion, spring, raw
 g Tomato, puree, commercial
 g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
 g Keen's, Spices: Curry Powder, Traditional
 g Ardmona, Vegetables, canned: Tomatoes, Chopped or Diced, No Added Salt or Sugar
 g Vegie Delights, Canned: Savoury Lentils
 g Water: Water

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan and add mushroom, spinach, spring onion, tomato and garlic purees, and curry powder. Cook on medium heat for 10 mins
  2. Add the tomatoes and lentils, then cook for a further 10 mins on low heat
  3. Mix KetoCal and water to form a paste, then add to the sauce (do not boil). Serve immediately
Chef's tips
  1. To make multiple servings at a time, multiply ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide the mixture evenly once prepared. You can freeze each portion and reheat at your convenience.
