Tomato Sauce (4:1)

 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Oil, rice bran
 g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
 g Vegetables, fresh: Onion, Spring, raw
 g Mushroom, fresh or frozen, raw, not further defined
 g Tomato, puree, commercial
 g Tomato, whole, canned in tomato juice, undrained
 g McCormick, Herbs: Oregano Leaves


  1. Place oil, garlic paste, spring onion, mushroom and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 mins 
  2. Add tomatoes and cook for a further 2-3 mins, add a pinch of oregano, if desired.
  3. Stir in KetoCal until dissolved

Chef's Tips:

  • To make multiple servings, multiply ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide mixture evenly once prepared. 
  • You can freeze each portion and reheat at your convenience.
