Mushroom Soup (4:1)

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (reconstituted)
 g Vegetables, fresh: Onion, Spring, raw
 g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw
 g Oil, rice bran
 g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
 g Massel Stock Powder Chicken Style
 g Water: Water
 g Bulla, Cream: Thickened Cream (35% Milk Fat)

Directions:

  1. Place spring onions, mushrooms, oil and garlic puree in a saucepan and cook for approx 4 min
  2. Dissolve stock powder in hot water
  3. Add stock to vegetables, simmer for approx 10 min
  4. Add KetoCal to the soup and heat for a further 1 min
  5. Blend until smooth (skip this step if you want a chunky soup)
  6. Add cream to the top of the soup and serve
Chef's tips

  1. To make multiple servings, multiply the ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide the mixture evenly, once prepared
  2. You can chop the mushrooms as finely or chunky as you like, depending on whether you want a smooth or chunky soup
