Mushroom Soup (4:1)

Ingredients:
ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (reconstituted)
g Vegetables, fresh: Onion, Spring, raw
g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw
g Oil, rice bran
g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
g Massel Stock Powder Chicken Style
g Water: Water
g Bulla, Cream: Thickened Cream (35% Milk Fat)
Directions:
- Place spring onions, mushrooms, oil and garlic puree in a saucepan and cook for approx 4 min
- Dissolve stock powder in hot water
- Add stock to vegetables, simmer for approx 10 min
- Add KetoCal to the soup and heat for a further 1 min
- Blend until smooth (skip this step if you want a chunky soup)
- Add cream to the top of the soup and serve
Chef's tips
- To make multiple servings, multiply the ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide the mixture evenly, once prepared
- You can chop the mushrooms as finely or chunky as you like, depending on whether you want a smooth or chunky soup
