Strawberry Panna Cotta (4:1)

Ingredients:
ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Vanilla (reconstituted)
g Pura, Cream: Cream, Double Thick
g Weight Watchers, Jelly: Jelly, Average All Flavours
g Fruit, fresh: Strawberries, raw, edible portion
Directions:
- Heat KetoCal and cream until warm using a water bath or a basin standing in hot water
- Place jelly in a bowl and pour the warm KetoCal mixture over the jelly crystals and mix until smooth and combined
- Place the strawberries at the bottom of a dish or mould, and pour the mixture over the top
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or until set
Chef's tips
- Try using different shaped moulds to create an interesting panna cotta shape
- You need to cook the mixture in a water bath to allow the cream mixture to cook evenly. Otherwise, it can separate and become curdled
