Blueberry Soft Cookie (MAD)

Ingredients:
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
g Milk, fresh: Cow, Whole, full-fat (3.6% fat)
g Baking Products: Baking Powder
g Eggs: Chicken Egg, whole, raw, fresh
g Devondale, Butters: Unsalted Butter
g Water: Water
g Fruit, fresh: Blueberries, raw, edible portion
g McCormick, Spices: Cinnamon Ground
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 170°C/gas mark 3
- Mix KetoCal with milk, baking powder, egg, sweetener and water in a bowl
- Chop the blueberries then add to the mixture with a pinch of cinnamon
- Place mixture on a baking tray or a silicone mat
- Thinly spread the mixture to create a circle or square cookie shape
- Cook for 10 mins, or until golden brown
Chef's tips
- Be careful using canned blueberries, as this may contain syrup and therefore more carbohydrate
- To make multiple cookies at a time, multiply ingredients by how many cookies you wish to make and divide the mixture evenly
