Blueberry Soft Cookie (MAD)

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Milk, fresh: Cow, Whole, full-fat (3.6% fat)
 g Baking Products: Baking Powder
 g Eggs: Chicken Egg, whole, raw, fresh
 g Devondale, Butters: Unsalted Butter
 g Water: Water
 g Fruit, fresh: Blueberries, raw, edible portion
 g McCormick, Spices: Cinnamon Ground

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C/gas mark 3
  2. Mix KetoCal with milk, baking powder, egg, sweetener and water in a bowl
  3. Chop the blueberries then add to the mixture with a pinch of cinnamon
  4. Place mixture on a baking tray or a silicone mat
  5. Thinly spread the mixture to create a circle or square cookie shape
  6. Cook for 10 mins, or until golden brown
Chef's tips
  1. Be careful using canned blueberries, as this may contain syrup and therefore more carbohydrate
  2. To make multiple cookies at a time, multiply ingredients by how many cookies you wish to make and divide the mixture evenly
