Savoury Muffins (MAD)

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Macro (Woolworths), Nuts: Almond Meal
 g Baking Products: Baking Powder
 g Devondale, Butters: Unsalted Butter
 g Eggs: Chicken Egg, whole, raw, fresh
 g Milk, fresh: Cow, Whole, full-fat (3.6% fat)
 g Mainland, Cheese: Grated, Cheddar, Tasty
 g Vegetables, fresh: Onion, Spring, raw
 g Hans, Luncheon Meats: Country Fresh, Premium Oven Baked Leg Ham
 g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C/gas mark 3
  2. Fry ham in a frying pan until slightly crispy
  3. Combine KetoCal, almond meal and baking powder in a bowl
  4. Melt butter and combine with egg and milk, then add to dry ingredients
  5. Add cheese, spring onions, ham and mushrooms to the mixture
  6. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tray
  7. Cook for 30-35 mins, or until golden brown
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool
Chef's tips
  1. Use a silicone muffin tray to make it easier to remove muffins
  2. Muffins can be frozen
  3. To make multiple muffins at a time, multiply ingredients by how many muffins you wish to make and divide the mixture evenly in muffin tray
