Ham & Cheese Pizza (MAD)

Ingredients:
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
g Oil, rice bran
g Eggs: Chicken Egg, whole, raw, fresh
g Mainland, Cheese: Grated, Cheddar, Tasty
g Don Smallgoods, Luncheon Meats: Leg Ham, 97% fat-free, English, Shaved
g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
g Tomato, puree, commercial
g Vegetables, fresh: Tomato, ripe, raw
g Herbs, mixed, dried
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 165°C/gas mark 2-3
- Mix KetoCal with oil and egg in a bowl
- Spread mixture on to a lightly greased baking sheet in a 15 cm circle
- Combine garlic and tomato purees, and chopped tomatoes to make the pizza sauce
- Evenly spread the sauce over the base, leaving approx 1 cm around the edge with no topping (to form a crust)
- Sprinkle the cheese, ham and herbs on top of the sauce
- Cook for 10-20 mins or until golden brown
Chef's tips
- Freeze your cooked pizzas once cool, putting greaseproof paper in between each pizza to avoid them sticking. Then simply reheat in the oven for a quick pizza anytime!
