Chicken & Cauliflower Cheese (MAD)

Ingredients:
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
g Oil, rice bran
g Mainland, Cheese: Grated, Cheddar, Tasty
g Water: Water
g Bulla, Cream: Thickened Cream (35% Milk Fat)
g Vegetables, fresh: Cauliflower, raw
g Chicken Raw: Breast Meat, no skin, raw
g Devondale, Butters: Unsalted Butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C/gas mark 2-3
- Dice the chicken breast
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the chicken breast for approx 5 mins, or until browned
- Cheese sauce: Mix KetoCal, oil, 5 g cheese (keep the rest aside for later), water and cream in a small saucepan. Stir on a low heat until the cheese has melted (do not boil)
- Boil the cauliflower until it is soft
- Place the boiled cauliflower and cooked chicken into an ovenproof dish, then cover with the cheese sauce and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top
- Cook in the oven for approx 5-10 mins
Chef's tips
- Keep some cheese aside to sprinkle on top at the end before baking
