Hoki Fish Fillet in Tomato Sauce (MAD)

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Oils: Rice Bran
 g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
 g Onion, spring, raw
 g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw
 g Tomato, puree, commercial
 g Birds Eye, Fish, frozen: Ocean Selections, Hoki
 g Ardmona, Vegetables, canned: Tomatoes, Chopped or Diced, No Added Salt or Sugar
 g MasterFoods, Herbs: Oregano Leaves
 g Water: Water
 g Mainland, Cheese: Grated, Cheddar, Tasty

Directions:

  1. Heat some oil in a frying pan, then add the garlic puree, spring onion and tomato puree and cook for approx 5 min
  2. Chop the mushrooms and add to the frying pan along with the tomatoes and a pinch of oregano. Cook for a further 3 mins
  3. Cover the fish with the remaining oil and place under the grill for 10-15 mins until cooked
  4. Mix KetoCal with water to form a paste, then add to the tomato sauce (do not boil)
  5. Pour tomato sauce over the cooked fish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Serve immediately
