Chicken Curry (MAD)

 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Oils: Rice Bran
 g Chicken Raw: Breast Meat, no skin, raw
 g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw
 g Vegetables, fresh: Capsicum, Green, raw
 g Onion, spring, raw
 g Tomato, puree, commercial
 g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
 g Ardmona, Vegetables, canned: Tomatoes, Chopped or Diced, No Added Salt or Sugar
 g Keen's, Spices: Curry Powder, Traditional
 g Water: Water


  1. Heat oil in a saucepan
  2. Dice chicken breast and sauté in the pan until browned, then add the mushrooms, capsicum, tomato and garlic purees and spring onion. Cook on a medium heat for approx 10 mins
  3. Add the tomatoes and curry powder, and cook for a further 10 mins on low heat
  4. Mix KetoCal with water to form a paste, then add to the curry sauce (do not boil) and serve immediately
Chef's tips
  1. To make multiple servings at a time, multiply ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide the mixture evenly once prepared. You can freeze each portion and reheat at your convenience.
