Custard (MAD)

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Vanilla (reconstituted)
 g Pura, Cream: Cream, Double Thick
 g Foster Clark's, Custard Powder: Custard Powder, dry
 g Water: Water
 g Sugarless, Sugar Substitutes: Sugarless Liquid

Directions:

  1. Place KetoCal and cream in a pan, heat but do not boil
  2. Mix custard powder with hot water
  3. Add custard to mixture and stir until it starts to thicken slightly, then custard is ready
  4. Add a big squirt of sweetener to taste
Chef's Tips
  1. Use a whisk or fork to remove any lumps when you mix the custard powder into the mixture
  2. This recipe produces a thin pouring custard. If you would prefer a thick custard, you can try the Créme Brulee recipe, just don’t set in the fridge
