Strawberry Panna Cotta (MAD)

 ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Vanilla (reconstituted)
 g Bulla, Cream: Thickened Cream (35% Milk Fat)
 g Weight Watchers, Jelly: Jelly, Average All Flavours
 g Fruit, fresh: Strawberries, raw, edible portion


  1. Heat KetoCal and cream until warm using a water bath or a basin standing in hot water
  2. Place jelly in a bowl and pour the warm KetoCal mixture over the jelly crystals and mix until smooth and combined
  3. Chop the strawberries and place at the bottom of a dish or mould, and pour the mixture over the top
  4. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or until set
Chef's tips
  • Try using different shaped moulds to create an interesting panna cotta shape
  • You need to cook the mixture in a water bath to allow the cream mixture to cook evenly. Otherwise, it can separate and become curdled
