Creamy Jelly (4:1)

Description: This recipe is for patients following a Classical 4:1 ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet must be used under strict medical supervision. Please refer to your Dietitian before making any adaptations to the recipes.

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Vanilla (reconstituted)
 g Bulla, Cream: Thickened Cream (35% Milk Fat)
 g Weight Watchers, Jelly: Jelly, Average All Flavours
 g Water: Water

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle jelly in hot water and stir until dissolved
  2. Add KetoCal and cream to the jelly, and stir
  3. Place in the refrigerator until set (approx 1-2 hours)
Chef's tips

  1. Make sure the water is warm enough to dissolve the jelly crystals, otherwise lumps will appear and the jelly may not set correctly
  2. To make multiple jellies, multiply the ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide mixture into equal amounts
