Cheese Wrap (MAD)

Description:
This recipe is for patients following a Classical 4:1 ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet must be used under strict medical supervision. Please refer to your Dietitian before making any adaptations to the recipes.
Ingredients:
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
g Tomato, puree, commercial
g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
g Eggs: Chicken Egg, whole, raw, fresh
g Perfect Italiano, Cheese: Parmesan, Grated
g Water: Water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C/gas mark 5
- Mix KetoCal with tomato and garlic purees, egg and cheese in a bowl
- Add water and mix to a smooth consistency
- Spread mixture on a baking tray and cook for 10 mins or until golden brown
- Take care to turn wrap over, and bake on the other side for 1-2 mins
- Allow to cool on a wire tray before serving
Chef's tips
- You can also cook this in a frying pan, and you will need to take care to flip the mixture (just like a pancake) to cook both sides
