 g Egg, chicken, whole, raw
 g Butter, spreadable, regular (80% fat)
 g Aldi, Bacon: Ashfield, Bacon, Short Cut Rindless
 g Oil, blend of monounsaturated vegetable oils

Directions:

1. Fry bacon and eggs with butter and oil and serve
