Cauliflower Cheese (4:1)

 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Vegetables, fresh: Cauliflower, raw
 g Oil, rice bran
 g Cream: Double Thick / Rich
 g Mainland, Cheese: Grated, Cheddar, Tasty
 g Water: Water


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C/gas mark 
  2. Boil cauliflower for 5 mins, strain and place in an ovenproof dish 
  3. Place oil, cream, KetoCal, cheese (keep some to sprinkle on top) and water in small pan 
  4. Stir on a low heat until cheese has melted (do not boil) 
  5. Cover cauliflower with cheese sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese on top 
  6. Cook in the oven for 6 mins 


Chef's Tips

Keep a little cheese to sprinkle on top before baking.
