Blueberry Smoothie (MAD)

Ingredients:
ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (reconstituted)
g Fruit, fresh: Blueberries, raw, edible portion
g Sugarless, Sugar Substitutes: Sugarless Liquid
Directions:
- Place KetoCal, blueberries and sweetener into a blender
- Blend for approx 1 min (or until mixture is smooth)
Chef's Tips
- For a sweeter tasting smoothie, use KetoCal 4:1 powder vanilla flavour.
- Be careful using canned blueberries, as this may contain syrup and therefore more carbohydrate.
