Cheese Wrap (MAD)

Ingredients:
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Tomato, puree, commercial
 g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
 g Eggs: Chicken Egg, whole, raw, fresh
 g Perfect Italiano, Cheese: Parmesan, Grated
 g Water: Water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/gas mark 5
  2. Mix KetoCal with tomato and garlic purees, egg and cheese in a bowl
  3. Add water and mix to a smooth consistency
  4. Spread mixture on a baking tray and cook for 10 mins or until golden brown
  5. Take care to turn wrap over, and bake on the other side for 1-2 mins
  6. Allow to cool on a wire tray before serving
Chef's tips
  • You can also cook this in a frying pan, and you will need to take care to flip the mixture (just like a pancake) to cook both sides
