g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
g Oils: Rice Bran
g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
g Onion, spring, raw
g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw
g Tomato, puree, commercial
g Ardmona, Vegetables, canned: Tomatoes, Chopped or Diced, No Added Salt or Sugar
g Water: Water
g MasterFoods, Herbs: Oregano Leaves
Nutrition Information (for entire recipe):
- Place oil, garlic paste, spring onion, mushroom and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 mins
- Add tomatoes and cook for a further 2-3 mins, add a pinch of oregano, if desired.
- Stir in KetoCal until dissolved
- To make multiple servings, multiply ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide mixture evenly once prepared.
- You can freeze each portion and reheat at your convenience.
