Tomato Sauce (MAD)

 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured
 g Oils: Rice Bran
 g Gourmet Garden, Herbs: Garlic Paste
 g Onion, spring, raw
 g Vegetables, fresh: Mushrooms, Button / Common / Flat, raw
 g Tomato, puree, commercial
 g Ardmona, Vegetables, canned: Tomatoes, Chopped or Diced, No Added Salt or Sugar
 g Water: Water
 g MasterFoods, Herbs: Oregano Leaves


  1. Place oil, garlic paste, spring onion, mushroom and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 mins
  2. Add tomatoes and cook for a further 2-3 mins, add a pinch of oregano, if desired.
  3. Stir in KetoCal until dissolved
Chef's Tips
  1. To make multiple servings, multiply ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide mixture evenly once prepared.
  2. You can freeze each portion and reheat at your convenience.
