Creamy Jelly (MAD)

Ingredients:
 ml KetoCal 4:1 Powder Vanilla (reconstituted)
 g Weight Watchers, Jelly: Jelly, Average All Flavours
 g Bulla, Cream: Thickened Cream (35% Milk Fat)
 g Water: Water
 g Fruit, fresh: Raspberries, raw, edible portion

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle jelly in hot water and stir until dissolved
  2. Add KetoCal and cream to the jelly, and stir
  3. Finely chop the raspberries and place in a mould, then pour the jelly mixture over the top
  4. Place in the refrigerator until set (approx 1-2 hours)
Chef's tips
  1. Make sure the water is warm enough to dissolve the jelly crystals, otherwise lumps will appear and the jelly may not set correctly
  2. To make multiple jellies, multiply the ingredients by how many servings you wish to make and divide mixture into equal amounts
